Shreya Agrawal is a climate and sustainability professional with experience spanning ESG consulting, public policy, and research. At Meteorite, she supports the National Commission on Climate and Workforce Health, bringing an interdisciplinary approach to advancing business engagement on climate-related health risks.
Prior to joining Meteorite, Shreya interned at Dell Technologies, where she worked on ESG initiatives across circular economy, climate, human rights, AI, and sustainability reporting. She designed new program concepts, informed strategy through research-driven recommendations, and supported large-scale ESG disclosures. At the Environmental and Energy Study Institute, she authored articles and fact sheets on energy policy and electrification initiatives, while also synthesizing congressional briefings on climate risk, local climate action, and COP negotiations. She additionally served as a sustainability consultant with Goodwill Central Texas, developing data-driven recommendations to reduce textile waste and improve operational efficiency.
Shreya is passionate about creating sustainable systems that center equity, resilience, and well-being. She holds a BS in environmental science and a BA in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
