General Project Management & Impact Strategy
- Lead weekly calls and additional project calls with clients to review, develop, and implement campaign tactics and strategies; prepare weekly meeting agenda items and circulate follow-up items to the broader team.
- Create and maintain project-wide tracking of tasks, deliverables, and timelines, including updates to project materials and decks as needed.
- Participate in regular meetings to coordinate with other consultants and stakeholders affiliated with the project to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Collaborate with team to host virtual and in-person strategy sessions with clients and key stakeholders to align on key program strategy.
- Develop strategy and pitch decks that effectively communicate the vision of the initiative and any other relevant information.
- Design spreadsheets, surveys, and other frameworks that track and organize complex information from a variety of sources.
Communications & Content Strategy
- Coordinate and support ongoing communications and programming for all audiences, including resources and calls to action.
- Using research and other reputable expertise, contribute to the strategic planning of any communications strategies, messaging plans and other activation frameworks for the different programs.
- Advise on the technical and editorial maintenance of relevant program websites.
- Support client’s efforts to activate internal divisions and other stakeholder/influencer groups for the program.
Network Development + Engagement
- Oversee day-to-day communications with members of program coalitions and any other stakeholder networks.
- Keep members informed of relevant updates, collect feedback to inform ongoing program design, content, and messaging, and ensure close communication so we are aware of any collaborative opportunities.
- Organize a minimum of regular touchpoints with members, including calls, smaller working groups, and workshops with partners.
- Identify opportunities to integrate alliance/coalition expertise, resources and best practices into program strategies.
- Connect subject matter experts with relevant stakeholders and producers to provide feedback on content, rapid response and other opportunities.
- Collect baseline metrics, research and feedback from alliance members to measure and track progress and inform the future work of the initiative.
- Provide regular reports back on alliance engagement, activities, feedback, and recommendations, as well as campaign impact KPIs.
Your Mindset and Experience
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, communications or social impact campaigns, with client-engagement experience.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace.
- Enjoys supporting the goals of our clients while also keeping a strategic bird’s-eye view on impact when possible.
- A strong communicator and storyteller with exceptional writing and speaking skills, including demonstrated experience writing for and presenting to clients and partners at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing polished presentations, insightful reports, and thoughtful plans.
- An organized, detail-oriented and high-energy creative thinker and problem-solver who sees every challenge as an opportunity; extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity; ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a similar field.
- A confident self-starter who is ready to take initiative to tackle complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who collaborates well with internal and external partners to help our clients achieve their goals.
- Experience synthesizing and presenting complex information; a deeply curious learner, always looking to grow and stay current with the topics most important to our firm and our clients.

- The salary range for this position is $100,000-120,000, commensurate with experience level and geographic location.
- Bonus eligible starting in 2023.
